On Monday 11 August 2008 at 09.00am Abbot Kan (Prakru Wisarnsmatiwat) of Racha Yatana Banpot “Ton Kate Temple”. To celebrate his 88th birthday he has donated money to good courses. Like every year his followers and villagers have arranged few days ago a merit fair for the Abbot. Opening ceremony of Villagers Scout Club in Hua Hin

On Saturday 09 August 2008 at 10.00 am Khun Chumpon Choke Sucharti, the leader of Villagers Scout Club has presided over the opening of a new club's building. On Sunday 3 August 2008 Khun Kwansruang Atiphoti Director General of Thai TV PBS which belongs to the Government came to Hua Hin on invitation of Hua Hin Vice Mayor Khun Suwit Rienroongrueng. Both were in the same classroom at Suankularb School. Together with other invited guests they met at the Sundance Hotel. On Monday 4 August 2008 Khun Kwansruang Atiphoti was invited by Hua Hin Mayor Khun Jira Pongpaibool to a meeting with representatives from 35 communities and school teachers.
