16 - 22 August training seminar for Military Staff

On Friday  16  August  2008 in the morning  at  Pranburi Infantry Centre Prachuapkhirikhan Province Chief of Military Staff (Royal Army, Navy and Air Force ) General  Song Kitit Jackabasrt has attended opening session of the training seminar for Military College class 2008. The seminar was open by Faculty  Director.

Chief Commander of the Military College Lt  General  Phadet  Jansevoke  has spoken at the beginning of the seminar about the history of  training of the Thai military. The theoretical training takes place at the Military Collage and the practical training takes place in military bases across of Thailand. This current model of training has started in 1983. This year training seminar will take be during 16-22 August  2008. The class 2008 has 667 army student officers.

This year training will concentrate on use of the modern technology IN combating the threat in the Southern  Provinces. This year training will improve combat readiness of the junior officers.

General  Song Kitit Jackabasrt has thanked officers from Thai Royal Army, Navy and Air Force for attending and has wished them a successful training seminar.
