Long Boat Race Festival 2010

District Municipality of Pak Nam Pran has organized annual Long Boat Festival under the patronat of HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn. Long Boat Festival took place during 18-23 November 2010 at Kao Tao reservoir.

Long Boat Race Festival is held every year to support continuation of local long boat tradition.

Long boats teams from many provinces came to compete for the cup. There were teams competing in the large, medium and small long boat category. Each large long boat has 55 oarsmen, medium long boat has 30 oarsmen and small long boat has 7 oarsmen.
